One of the great things about surfing is that it is a traveling sport. Its just
one of those activities that makes you want to get out and explore the world,
see new places, enjoy different people. It really brings out the explorer in all
of us. There is always a break we haven't surfed, there is always another surf
trip we can go on.
Unfortunately, the airlines do not share our enthusiasm for mixing travel and surfing. They make it more and more difficult for traveling surfers to bring their surfboards with them, either charging exorbitant fees to carry them, or banning them from flights altogether.
And that is what Global Surfing Services is about. We are a network of local and independent operators, all aiming to develop and offer innovative services which take the hassle out of surf travel. We fill the holes in the industry that others, such as the airlines, create.
Although we are independent, we work closely with
each other. This enables us to continually develop and offer you surf travel services which you will get nowhere else in the
