Surfboard Storage - The Issue

Our surfboard storage idea was based around the realisation that many people continually visit the same locations over and over again. There could be many reasons for this. Visiting family and business travel are two of the obvious ones.

We realised though that for regular travelers, the surfboard can become a real issue. It is very painful constantly carrying it around as luggage and each trip is another which risks damaging the board.

Surfboard hire may not be a great option either as no matter how cheap your rental company's prices are, multiple visits can make it very expensive regardless.

 

The Surfboard Storage Solution

Recognising this issue for frequent travelers, we decided to offer an alternative.

Each of our branches now offers a service where you can leave your surfboard with them. They will store it for you for a nominal monthly fee and it will be waiting for you when you arrive on your next trip.

All you need to do is give reasonable notice to the operator for when you need your surfboard (as some rent out storage facilities for this service) and they will ensure it is ready for your arrival.

The unintentional benefit of this service obviously is you also get to ride your own surfboard when you are here, rather than a rental board. What more can you ask for?
